i'm not a big fan of personality testing. since taking tests when I was at school, I have failed to fit into one option, and when i did the test again, it would tell me a different answer depending on my mood! but here is a good test I just did by Marcus Buckingham. it is for women, and I got an anwer that fits perfectly!
